WAMS As-a-Service

We are proud to state that we are the first company in the industry to offer a comprehensive WAMS-as-a-service model. Our cloud WAMS service eliminates the need for hardware while addressing concerns related to capacity and maintenance. We take care of all operational aspects, allowing you to focus on your core activities. You are simply required to transmit your PMU streams to our cloud servers.

The basic solution the cloud service running costs, WAMS core functions and service warranty. Note that this initial solution is based on a standard PMU and this may vary depending on the variety of PMU data frames you have.

License-Free WAMS

SmartPhasor design and deploys license-free WAMS platform solutions for small/medium scale, utilizing open-source software specifically tailored for PMU data management and modern user interfaces.

At its core, we utilize free-license versions of openPDC and openHistorian  as our primary engine for processing data from Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs). Additionally, we incorporate Grafana  to develop a tailored and highly customizable user interface. The foundational versions of these technologies not only enhance our capabilities but also contribute to our goal of providing robust and cost-effective synchrophasor solutions.

Beyond the core deployment, users have the option to incorporate, at any time, lincesed SmartPhasor Applications that are specifically tailored provide high Situational Awareness to the control-room and enriched analytics to power system engineers.

Core Featrures

WAMS On-Premises

If on-premises is your preferred solution due to strict regulations within your company, or if you prefer a perpetual installation, we can implement the WAMS core solution directly on your hardware platform, providing you supply the necessary resources for our engineers to access them remotely (e.g., reliable VPN connection).

Our business model encompasses our efforts in deploying the core solution plus the first year of W&M service and can be renewed annually through a renewal fee.
